Job Description

As an Office & Process Associate you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
You will support the CEO through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
You will communicate via phone, email and face to face ensuring that all administrative and process related tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls
Greet Visitors
Open all incoming post and arrange/distribute as needed
Order and track office supplies
Equipment maintenance
Maintain contact, logistics and book lists (Excel)
Maintain books database
Maintain books filing system
Efficient distribution of books
Ensure the office space is always organized
Meeting preparation
