Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
  • Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing.
  • Data entry and internet research tasks.
  • Supplies information to callers, relays messages and announces.
  • Entry, Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing Mail/Parcels /couriers.
  • Operates office equipment and completes general office work.
  • Performs administrative duties for executive management.
  • Receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing.
  • Responsibilities include screening calls, making travel, hotel arrangements, meeting arrangements etc.
  • Preparing various reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff.
  • KRA & Appraisals follow up & arrangements
