Job Description
- The office manager is responsible for overall front office activities including the reception area, mail,purchasing requests and facilities.
- The position is also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment.
- Provide professional office administration and management support to all office activities.
- Establish and manage communication with corporate, clients, staff and management.
- Provide assistance to HR manager to recruit, train and induct new staff for organization.
- Manage and monitor office functionaries such as personnel files, labor, accruals, payroll,accounts payable and accounts receivables.
- Maintain and update Celayix (employee management system) regularly by updating schedule changes.
- Coordinate with Administrator and evaluate all office operations and provide support to create or modify procedures and policies.
- Organize and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements.
- Manage financial files and compile monthly, weekly and daily reports.
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and email communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
- Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the office services department.
- Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as layout,arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the facility (such as heating / cooling problems, water problems, general repairs in the department, etc.)

- Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. (US Pacific Standard time) and one 12-hour shift during the weekend.
- Days and hours of work may vary and must be available to work occasional holidays.
- BS / BA; MBA a plus
- Prior management / customer service experience
