Job Description
Officer-on-Special Duty (AN) - Veterinary Gynaecology & Obstetrics
Qualification: Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc) with specialisation in Veterinary Gynaecology & Obstetrics
Experience:Candidate with relevant work experience in large ruminants and having sound knowledge of conducting per-rectal palpation and ultrasonography examination will be preferred.

Other Essential attributes and skills :Skills/ Attributes: Technical
Subject knowledge (Veterinary Gynaecology & Obstetrics)
Experience of conducting ultrasonography examination in cows and buffaloes in field conditions
Skills/ Attributes: Managerial
Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
Ability to communicate in Gujarati with dairy farmers is desirable but not essential.
Presentation and convincing ability.
Leadership quality and should be able to work effectively in a team.
Plan, schedule and execute the work assigned for timely and effective completion.
Should have strong aptitude for learning and analytical ability.
Should be oriented to organisational values, requirements and goals.
