KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·       Identify and build relationships with stockists domestically and abroad; grow wholesale distribution in existing and new cities

·       Merchandise, present and sell collections to buyers and retail partners; increase sales volume and profitability of collections

·       Negotiate terms with wholesale and independent accounts, including exclusivity agreements

·       Manage all customer relations and weekly reporting from retail partners; identify key sales drivers; oversee stock and replenishment

·       Closely monitor and analyze sell-through of all accounts to effectively forecast and react proactively; create consistent feedback loop

·       Work with internal team to develop assets to increase brand awareness and co-marketing opportunities with key accounts

·       Develop retail and pricing strategies for new merchandise, as well as plans to clear excess inventory; determine appropriate promotions and offers across all retail channels

·       Oversee RHEA’s own e-commerce operations, ensuring streamlined order and fulfillment

·       Serve as day-to-day point of contact for all stores (online and offline); educate their teams on the RHEA brand to ensure consistency of message to end-consumers

·       Plan events, trunk shows, previews, and participation in trade fairs and consumer exhibitions to further drive sales in traditional and non-traditional outlets

·       Identify opportunities for increased brand integration and inclusion at the retail level – displays, merchandising, and point of sale; ensure brand is correctly represented

·       Support accounts to ensure information is correct and invoices are sent in a timely manner; ensure order delivery dates are met

·       Streamline sales process; establish new protocols and programs to ensure efficiency and orderliness from initial contact through delivery and reporting

·       Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth through new product introductions, new markets, and increased penetration within existing accounts

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·       Professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a track record of developing lasting buyer relationships and achieving sales targets; at least three (3) years’ experience required

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen understanding of how to balance and benefit the needs of the brand with those of the retail partner

·       Relationships within and knowledge of the fashion, jewellery, and accessories categories is  essential

·       Analytical and results-oriented, able to identify calculated risks and make decisions without constant supervision

·       Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal leadership and reports, as well as external retail partners

·       Skilled in relevant retail programs and reporting, with prior experience in managing e-commerce preferred

·       Well versed with MS Office & Adobe Photoshop
