Officer (SPV-Training)/ Advisor (HR)  job Position in Central Electronics Ltd on contract basis

Officer (SPV-Training)

Eligibility :  The candidate should be ITI/ Diploma in Electronics and should not be more than 62 years of age as on the date of publication of this Advertisement. The candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in the field of Solar Photovoltaic with good communication and presentation skills.

The post is initially for a period of one year which is extendable on performance and requirement basis till the attainment of age of 65 years. Persons who worked in pre-revised IDA grades of Rs.16,400-3%-40,000/- or Rs.20,600/-3%-46,500/- or equivalent CDA grades may apply. The consolidated remuneration will be based on last basic pay (Pre-revised) plus HRA, as per prevailing CEL guidelines in this regard.

Advisor (HR)

Eligibility :  The candidate should be MBA or PGD or equivalent with Degree in Law and should not be more than 62 years of age as on the date of publication of this Advertisement. The candidate should have more than 20 years of experience in the area of implementation of policies/ rules, HR, IR management, Recruitment, Establishment, contract labour management, and court cases etc. In addition to this candidate should be familiar with liaisioning with external agencies/ ministries.

The post is initially for a period of one year which is extendable on performance and requirement basis till the attainment of age of 65 years. Persons who worked in pre-revised IDA grades of Rs.51,300-3%-73,000/- or Rs.62,000/-3%-80,000/- or equivalent CDA grades may apply. The consolidated remuneration will be based on last basic pay (Pre-revised) plus HRA, as per prevailing CEL guidelines in this regard.
