Advt. No. CMD/OIL/PER/14(C)/July 2021-HR Domain Expert
Oil India Limited (OIL) intends to empanel 2(two) Domain Experts having minimum 20 years of experience in various aspects of HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations in any Oil & Gas PSU. Applications are invited from interested and eligible candidates for engagement as HR Domain Experts on call basis in Oil India Limited.

3. Area of Expertise: HR
4. Experience Requirement:
i. Overall experience of 20 years in various aspects of HR/Personnel Management /Industrial Relations in any Oil & Gas PSU.
ii. Expertise in handling issues related to contract labour.
iii. Expertise in handling vigilance/disciplinary cases and court cases (related to HR issues).
iv. Expertise in formulation of strategies and handling Trade Union related issues.
v. Expertise in framing/review of HR policies.
5. Period of Empanelment: 2(two) years
6. The honorarium that will be provided to the Domain Experts on call duty is as under:
7. Levels (Illustrative Designation) and Honorarium:
i. Director One level below Board-EDs: Rs.10,000/- per day
ii. Two levels below Board CGM/GGMs Professor or equivalent: Rs.9,000/- per day
iii. Three levels below Board GMs Associate Professors or equivalent: Rs.9,000/- per day
iv. Four levels below Board DGMs Assistant professor or equivalent: Rs.8,000/- per day
8. Travel, local conveyance, board & lodging will be arranged by the Company as per entitlements of regular executives of their status on OIL. No expenditure on residential office and communication facilities will be borne by OIL.
