Job Description
- Candidates who will apply for the post must have good command over written and spoken English.
- Candidates with CBSE/ ICSE are preferred.
- Candidates with WBSE background and excellence in English are also welcome.
- Candidate must have IT background ( Btech, BE, A level, MCA, BCA, Computer Science Hons, Bsc IT, Msc IT ).
- Candidate should have the ability to work with a team and follow instructions given by the Team Lead.
- Candidate who are interested to work with IT Sales Marketing.
- Designation: Junior BDM.First 6 months will be the training period and the salary will be Rs 8000.
- After successfully serving 6 months, Salary will be Rs 11000 to Rs 13000 based on the performance.
JOB ROLE:
- Bidding on Different Job Portals on behalf of our Company, and generating leads.Following up Clients.
- Preparing Project Development Plan and Flow Chart.
- Preparing ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram).
- Preparing Wire frames.
- Searching for Leads and Sending e-mail to them on a daily basis.
- Calling/ Mailing/ Texting Clients and convincing them for projects.
- No target Based,Fixed Salary .
