Desired profile:

Should have excellent writing skills. Must have good command in punctuation marks (e.g. comma and full-stop).
Should have good English speaking abilities.
Should have very good web designing instincts (having previous experience in bidding and handling PHP Programming related projects will be a plus).
Should be proactive in acknowledging and having a follow-up with clients, and should have excellent convincing skills.
Must be able to differentiate between a designing related task and development related task.
Must be able to justify his/her monthly salary, ensuring good incoming of expected designing related projects, and prove themselves as an asset of the company.
Additional benefit if aware of handling projects related to WordPress.

Responsibilities:

Identifying new leads related to Web/Graphics Designing profile.
Ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.
Bidding on various portals like UPWORK/ GURU/ PPH / Freelancer and bringing up the projects for the company.
Should be highly efficient in sending proposals.
Act as a bridge between the client and the technical team. Ensure timely communication.
Must analyse client requirements/messages before sending to the tech team. Similarly, evaluate tech teams response, correct it if required, and then send a reply to the client.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with prospects and existing clients.
Create a Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents, as required by a potential client.
Use social media well to generate sales leads.
Generate revenue by generating business leads from Internet/ Other sources.
