Job Description
- Research and update business information for a leading US based online review site
- Review business content and edits, approves, or rejects the information before online publishing (Through review of data on different websites/ sources ensuring information accuracy and reliability)
- Accept/ Reject businesses by applying logic to keep the client website updated
- Ensure all information for listed businesses is available on the website for end user
- Escalation of user content issues and questions, and relevant information to relevant/ correct people (Management, Clients)
Skillsets:
- Education: Graduate / BCS/BCA , MCS/MCA
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Internet savvy
- Interest in research, analysis & data validations
- Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality
- Logical and self-motivated; should be willing to work hard to achieve and exceed targets
- Innovative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker.

- The candidate needs to commute on their own
- Employees need to be comfortable with rotational week offs
- For male employees: Comfort with night and evening shift
