Job Summary

• We are looking for a Data Entry/MIS Reporting Candidate to update and maintain information about our business partners.
• Data entry operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
• Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. 
• You will work with a data manager. 
• Previous experience as a data entry operator or similarposition  will be considered an advantage.
• Ultimately, a successful data entry operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and usable information in our systems

Responsibilities and Duties

• Fostering good relations with key accounts at hotels.
• Working closely with OTAs (Online travel agents) to drive up sales
• Enable quick resolution of operational issues with OTAs, Offline Agents & Corporates
• Reconciliation of Total Bookings on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Inventory & Rate Updates on all OTA’s, Offline Agents & Corporates
• On boarding New hotels smoothly with proper documentation
• Enable participation in dedicated promotional events with OTAs, Offline Agents & Corporates
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations
• Ensure content compliance on OTAs, Offline Agents & Corporates
• Service interventions (Coordination of special requests, refunds, etc)
• Operational tasks (Changing cataloging, etc)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Understanding of OTAs and fundamental building blocks of online sales.
• Good with data analytics and interpretation of data to take sales decisions.
• High ownership mind-set, able to work independently.
• Good in Communication Skills & Calculations.
• Street smart & motivated.
• Flexible to work under pressure & start up culture.
• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator.
• Experience with MS Office and data programs.
• Familiarity with administrative duties.
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Attention to detail.
• Confidentiality.
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
• Additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal both.
• Analyzing the data with capable of maintaining excel sheet.
