Role - Online Marketing and Sales Lead

(FULL-TIME role, no part-time or freelancing allowed)

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for marketing and innovative ability to create successful search engine and social media campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for executing digital campaigns and generating sales for Wellcure. 

Salary Range:

INR 4 to 8 lacs per annum depending on experience and educational qualifications. Additional 15% Annual variable bonus subject to Individual and Company performance. Attractive ESOPs if the candidate works for more than a year with the Company. (Please respect yours and our time by not applying for this role, if you are not ok with this salary range.)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and other platforms
• Minimize the marketing costs per lead and maximise revenue from each campaign
• Design, create and manage promotions of Search Engine and Social media campaigns
• Handle Email, SMS and Whatsapp marketing regarding ongoing projects
• Handle all social media accounts for Wellcure
• Work with the SEO agency to derive the maximum benefit out of their work.
• Demonstrate the ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy by proven testing methods and metrics
• Acquaint with the product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Experience preferred in Online Marketing and sales
• Some marketing influenced content writing and basic designing skills will be preferred
• Good research and creative skills, a key requirement for the role
• Strong understanding of digital trends in website technology, analytics, social marketing, email marketing, and SEO and SEM fundamentals
• Proactive and detail-oriented with an ability to create digital campaigns
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and adhering to the deadlines
