Job Description
1. On-call sales through audio & Video Medium
2. Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales of loan products with customers & Bankers.
3. Introduce services, solutions, and open sales opportunities for sales.
4. Follow up on leads till confirmation is received from the customer.
5. Setting up meetings for the Loan Product via bank channel.
6. Acknowledge incoming calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages from customers & Bank Personal.
7. Creating and maintaining a list/database of the loan applicants.
8. Building business relationships with bank employees for the smooth process of the loan application.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers & Bankers.
10. Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.
11. Strong computer skills.
