Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research into various areas of RERA functioning, gauging the ability of RERA websites to fulfill their objectives, dissemination of best practices, etc.

IIHS has an MoU to render technical and operational support to the All India Forum of Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (AIFORERA). AIFORERA has been registered as a society to assist RERAs to further the objectives of the RE (D&R) Act 2016. The IIHS team assisting AIFORERA would like the services of an intern to assist in these various tasks. This role has a considerable amount of work from home but requires you at the office also.
