Job Description
· Need vast Experience in online sales.
· To convert the online leads over the telephone and convince the prospective client
· Ability to interact and convince prospective customers/dropped leads and explain the services and its unique advantages and convince them. Rigorous follow-up with prospects/leads to complete
· Achieve daily target based on the number of leads provided.
· work closely with their team and other departments to fulfill business goals, carry out campaigns and improve the user’s web experience to increase sales and conversions
· Finding new ways to build and grow online sales is a primary task
· work with their team or individual to find new ways to promote a product or service and create incentive plans to achieve marketing goals.
· A key part of this is understanding the clients’ needs so that products or services can be tailored to them.
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
- observe market trends and online sales data to develop sales forecasts, which they use to build effective strategies.
- need to produce regular reports to highlight successes and failures and to showcase areas for improvement.
- This includes monitoring sales calls, new and closed sales, and any follow-up activities that may occur after a campaign has run.
