Expectation:
- Freshers with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!
- Outbound process: Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
- Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
-Online Chat Process: Be available to any query coming through online chat mode.
- Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions
Education Qualification: -
➢ Graduates (in any stream) & Post-graduates can also apply.
Fixed Salary + Bonus + Incentives + Perks + Rewards & Recognition n lot more
