Job Description
Eligibility Criteria for Online Sales Executives:
- Graduate/Undergraduate in any field.
- Minimum prior experience of 0-1 years in voice process (US Shift) or a fresher with excellent communication skills.
- Efficient in making outbound and inbound calls.
- Must possess good persuasion skills.
- Must holds the technical knowledge (Eg. Internet, Windows, Mails, Etc.).
- Ready to work in Night Shifts (9 pm - 6 am).
- Minimum prior experience of 3 years in sales (Voice process- US Shift).
- Technical Degree will be preferred.
- Lead generation, data validation and managing database.
- Must be enthusiastic and a team player.
- Must holds the technical knowledge (Eg. Internet, Windows, Mails, Etc.).
- Can manage his/her team efficiently in every manner.
- Implement the incentive plans and manage the same for his/her team.
- Manage weekly off records and voice process quality for his/her team.
- Ready to work in Night Shifts (9 pm - 6 am).
