Position: Online support executive
Work Place: Ooty
Experience Required: 0-2 Years
Salary: Rs 6000 to Rs 8000 Per/Month (Based on the Experience and Qualification)
English (both writing and speaking skills), Hindi (speaking skills), Any other language will be added advantage

The Job Role and Responsibilities

You will be the key person to take care of most of the official work in Ooty, need to play an individual role initially and can avail assistance in future
Strong numeric skills.
Ability to multitask and quickly interpret complex information.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, both over the phone and face to face.
Skills to persuade customers and influence their decisions, both for their own benefit and that of the agency
Exceptionally high levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a target-based environment and to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Ability to assimilate/Report information and to pay close attention to accuracy and detail.
