Job Description

To provide high quality, relevant learning opportunities which enable students to maximize their educational and personal development.

 To deliver the curriculum effectively through a variety of different learning strategies.

To communicate effectively with students and respond appropriately to their needs.

 To ensure appropriate student participation in the teaching and learning process in sessions.

To ensure that all assessments are fairly marked and graded and that there is consistency between grading. Login to all your assigned and on-demand sessions on time

 Complete the required progress notes to assist the program with data collection

 Maintain the required productivity and quality parameters set by the team leads

 Deliver the content as per the client requirements specified in the program specs

 Adhere to the Do’s and Dont’s document specified by the tutoring team

 Follow the appropriate client processes in order to match client expectations
