Job Description
JOB TITLE REPORTS TO
- Online Wealth Specialist Head – Customer Care Unit
- To manage inbound and outbound traffic of customers coming onto the platform ().
- To undertake query resolution of inbound customers and to aid customers to invest in our products (Mutual Funds etc)
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Respond to customer’s emails
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Process orders, forms, and application when required
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Complete call logs and reports
- Attend trainings to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Obtaining regulatory certifications (as required)
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer care/customer service department
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills – Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Basic understanding of the dynamics of the financial services market with particular emphasis on mutual funds in the
- Indian environment (including regulatory)
- Educational Qualifications
- Graduate degree or MBA
