Update stock reports and maintain day-to-day warehousing operations
Arrange vehicles from the transporter for dispatch purpose according to the order
Follow-up with the transporter and driver for timely delivery to the client
Track each & every record of receipt and issue of materials
Ensuring PO, GRN create within agreed TAT.
Keep a track of every POD and maintain logistics related paperwork
Safeguards warehouse operations and monitoring security procedures
Ensure higher order fill rate to have better services to sales and optimize transportation cost
Develop 3PL services by choosing best service with least cost
Manage overall warehouse and logistics operations of different location including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory, transportation and focus on optimization of warehouse cost
Responsible to ensure the Payment of vendor , Transporter , Rents with in time by coordination with Finance department
Responsible For Inventory management by maintaining stock levels, FSN classification of Inventory, ABC analysis so as to overcome from overstocking Stockout levels

Market place & Inventory: Responsible for following the complete process for achieving targets decided with management. Stock planning with the warehouse team, to ensure complete stock availability of all listed products.
KAM:- Cloudtail, Amazon, Flipkart, Solimo, WS retail / Retail net , Paytm, Firstcry, Udaan etc
Supply chain management: To ensure complete end to end supply of product from mother warehouse to end consumer via online portals, strict monitoring of timeline delivery of each order. ensure timely delivery of all dropship , VOI orders and appointment based shipments
Coordination with after sales team members for service issues.
Also possess knowledge about logistics, report making and vendor portal management
Coordination with sales teams of different clients and executing timely
In transit Damage is a major responsibility.
