Job Description
Designation: Operations Executive
Job Description:
- Real time incident / request lifecycle management:
- Ensuring smooth and hassle free fulfilment of orders.
- Liaison between businesses, delivery partners and users for delivery related issues.
- Reduction of trip cancellations by applying proper due diligence.
Vendor Management:
- Liaison between Vendor Partners POC & Driverskart
- Live channel for information flow between the organizations.
- Escalation matrix & metrics management.
Required Skillsets:
- Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada a must.
- Knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage.
Potential candidates must also exhibit:
- Ability to function as an Individual Contributor.
- Ability to work in a sterssed working schedule and environment.
- Customer centric approach towards work.
Work Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years in a similar job role (preferably start ups)
Offered CTC:
- 22-30K per month ( To be discussed)
