Role And Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing a partner ecosystem from ground up.
Working in a dynamic business development environment, you will be responsible for creating reporting processes for Security Companies (SCs) and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs).
You will provide training for the users and monitor its regular usage.
You will also act as the first level of escalation for bugs and other issues as well as liaise with the next line of support.
This position is based in Bangalore, India.
1+ years of experience in an operational role preferred.
Demonstrated analytical ability in results oriented environment with external customer interaction.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
Should be able to speak Hindi and English
