Good Verbal And Writing Skills,
Well versed with MS Office, Excellent PPT Skills and Drafting Skills.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
The candidate needs to develop project strategies
Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved keeping workflow on track.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings for that he/she can prepare necessary presentation materials.
The candidate needs to determine project changes.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Need to ensure that project deadline is met as well as needs to ensure quality of the delivery with the help of provided resources.
The candidate needs to Coordinate with the team leader about projects reviews.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate the selection of project services and products.
