- Mobile Application / Web Application Testing
- Daily/Monthly Reports creation & sharing with clients
- Able to give training to Transport Team & Vendors at client site
- Attending clients Mail for any related query & reply timely
- Observation of daily operation challenges & take corrective actions accordingly
- Monitoring of Routing & Tracking on Automated System
- Monitoring of NOC & handle the related calls
- Able to communicate correct problem statement from client to In-House team and able to resolve within committed timelines
- Ready to work on shifts
