Job Description
- Managing day-to-day activities.
- Analysing statistics and reading and writing reports.
- Liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to higher management.
- Training and supervising new employee.
- Managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
- Working on the requirement of the clients / agents.
- Preparation of quotation and itineraries.
- Follow up to the queries.
- Build up good relationship with Client.
- Liaison with vendor.
- Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
