Job Description:
- Work with the Managing Director and CEO to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
- Responsible for measurement and effectiveness of all claim processing operational functions, ensuring consistent delivery of quality services
- Oversee multiple projects, exercise time-management skills involving planning, anticipating deadlines and delegating work.
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
- Establish policy and procedures to assure compliance to best practices, claims management services standards, state regulations, and client service requirements.
- Implement companywide metrics structure to empower the organization to link individual performance to financial goals
- Manage Grievances Redressal
- Maintain integrity of Data Management database
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior management role from the TPA and Healthcare industry
- Masters degree in Business or related field
- Good understanding of claims management practices, technology platform and provider network management
- Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
- Leadership skills involving managing teams, delegating tasks and evaluating performance.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing human resources, information technology, and legal.
