Accountabilities to the Customer:

• Participate in the identification, development and implementation of new products, operating workflow, additional services/applications or operational efficiencies for Global Business Services,
  
• Identify, document, investigate and resolve service delivery issues,
  
• Manage relationships with the client, and other areas of TDSI
  

• Participate in projects – communicate project status and provide timely escalation of issues to senior management to ensure project objectives are met, 
  
• Escalate non-standard or high risk transactions or other activities as appropriate,
  
• Acquire and apply expertise in the discipline, provide guidance, assistance and direction to others in TD Securities,
  
• Identify, recommend and effectively execute standard practices applicable to the discipline,
  
• Analyze service delivery issues and identify potential solutions that enhance the customer experience and support TD Securities business objectives,
  
• Protect the interests of the firm – identify and manage risks,
  

• Participate fully as a member of the team, promote team effectiveness and contribute to a positive work environment,
  
• Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area,
  
• Participate in performance management and development activities,
  
• Support change management activities around projects or initiatives undertaken – ensure clear communication of new processes,
  
• Ensure the timely communication of issues that are relevant to the team and encourage a good working relationship with other departments.
  
• Support the business with consistent processes in supporting, KYC due diligence. #LI-JH2§
  

• The candidate must possess an understanding of fixed income and equity products traded by TD Securities (USA) LLC.
  
• Allocate Parent/Block trade to Sub Accounts per client direction
  
• Open new sub accounts in GoldTier
  
• Update sub account SSI’s on GoldTier 
  
• Confirm trade details (settlement date, rate, par amount , price, commission, etc.) with counterparty
  
• Affirming client electronic trade allocations 
  
• Interact with front office in resolving trade/position differences
  
• Assist settlements team with trade settlement issues
  
• Knowledge of FIST, Bloomberg and Oasys, Fidessa, ALERT, EXCEL
  

• Graduates , Excellent in computers & communication.
  
• Extra Weight age will be given to Post Graduate MBA candidates having experience.
