Job Description
Area of Responsibility
- Quote management and conversion of sale / booking.
- Costing sheets and quotes for FIT.
- Manage B2B Travel Partner and Relationship management
- Daily Operations including servicing travel partner’s enquiries via email or via phone at a timely and accurate manner.
- Give professional and value-added travel advice to clients bearing in mind the clients’ needs and interests
- PNR creation, manage booking on system. Making quotes and managing files. Issuing Vouchers, Invoices to agents.
- Managing Query Tracker and Follow up reports for Queries.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and other documentations
- Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills
- Observe and learn how senior staff handle customer enquiries and package bookings.
- Follow system and processes at all times.
- Achievement of Daily and Monthly targets.
- Listen and lead the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of partners in all circumstances.
- Sell products that are of commercial value to TravelBullz and contribute to company’s profitability.
- Adapt and change as requirements of the business change.
- Represent the TravelBullz brand in how you work on a day-to-day basis.
- Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting needs of the business.
- Achievement of defined KRA and regular analysis of performance with peers.
- Knowledge of B2B Operations and knowledge of online system.
- Good communication in English
- Good negotiation skills are a must.
- The ability to complete multiple tasks effectively, prioritize work, and manages projects to completion on time.
- Hard working & team player.
- Be able to work under pressure with time lines.
- Experience of CRM / Call Centre process will be an added advantage.
