Operations Assistant
Job Description
- Should be well versed in English and able to respond to client queries (call and email).
- Have basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Gmail etc)
- Should be able to resolve queries by writing emails & have continuous communication with concerned departments.
- Should be able to meet tight deadlines
- Should be able to understand work priorities & execute the same as per need.
- Assist in process of preparation of application forms, scanning, software entries & tracking it till transaction is complete in all respect.
- Although not necessary, basic Photoshop/Illustrator skills will be a big plus.
