Designation: Operations Assistant

Location: Andheri (e), Mumbai 

Work Days: 5 day work week.

 WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE:

• We are looking for dynamic graduate applicants who even have anywhere between 1-2 years of work experience in data analysis and operations with a fast paced, technology savvy, new media company (highly preferred but we're willing to look at other experience as well). 
• Someone who can assist the Business operations team in tracking, reporting and analyzing large amounts of data, who is a great team player & wishes to build a kickass career in digital/online media.
  

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing data that is required by the various sub teams
  
• Generating daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc reports
  
• Analyzing these reports and providing insights where necessary
  
• Automate manually repetitive tasks by building Macros from time to time
  
• Conduct data mining and warehousing activities as required using Complex MS Excel formulas, multiple loops, Macros, Error handling etc.
  
• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Assist with other members on ad hoc projects as required 

•  A Graduate from any stream
  
• Proficient in MS Office and Visual Basic Application (Excel Macros)
  
• Strong in both written & spoken Communication
  
• Proficient with SQL Queries would be an added advantage
