What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate who must have

• Excellent written communication 
  
• Good typing skills
  
• Knowledge of MS Excel
  
• Quick learner
  
• Flexible to work in shifts in 24X7 operations and on Indian holidays (two days off in a week but not necessarily on Sat-Sun)
  
• Open to commute on his/her own to work 
  
• What you will be doing
  

• Work on back office/data processing type of projects where manual entries are required to be done in spreadsheets or other applications
  
• Provide chat support to US based customers on their non/semi technical queries
  
• Be highly customer centric and go the extra mile to delight customers
  
• Resolve customers' issues by proactively reaching out to various internal resources
  
• Be a team player and help team members whenever required
  

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  
• Qualities: High in character, integrity and work ethics; Good team player
  

• Candidate is expected to join within 30 days of getting selected
  

• Remuneration no bar for the right candidate
  

• Role will be based out of Ahmedabad office.
