- You can share your ideas, but ideas are best backed with data..You will be part of Ground force dealing directly with the Associates(Vehicle Owner / Drivers) to ensure that they fulfill Requirement at Customer Hubs.
- Operations
- Manage the Day to day operations of the customer /hubs and ensure timely planning and scheduling of vehicles
- Identifying the risks and challenges in the project at early stages
- Ensure Vehicles Attendance and reporting times as per the Roster set by the customer
- Ensure grooming standards and other requirements mandatory requirements like vehicle documents ,uniform,shoes etc for all drivers
- Bring efficiency and optimisation in operations through effective use of Technology like station or driver app
- Build a good supply base to cater to Contingencies and Spot requirements
- Adhering to specific requirement from Customer like Tripsheets of particular type, Invoice submission dates, vehicles of certain type/quality
- Management of Tripsheets, On-demand sheets, Vehicle spread, Driver documents required for smooth management of the vehicles
- Ensure a minimum of 10% Gross Margin
- Ensure submission of invoices along with the all supporting documents by 5th Of every Month
- Follow up on Outstanding collection from the customer
- Ensure superior customer Experience by meeting all Service requirements like On time reporting, Trained drivers etc
- Ensure timely Issue resolution and avoid escalation due to poor service quality
- Ensure proactive communication to customer for Issues faced, Timely reports etc
- Manage escalations and take corrective measures to avoid repeated mistakes/operational failures
