Job Description
- The Incumbent will be responsible for:Responding to customer queries through Chat / Email / Call.
- Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances
- No target.
- Freshers / experienced candidates can apply
- Should have Excellent communication skills in English ( Verbal and Written )
- Typing speed should be minimum 30 wpm
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Good listening and responding skills.
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
- Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience: 00 months to 2 year

- Shift Timing : Rotational (Day and Night)
- Roaster Off will be there. (No fixed off)
- Rotational Shifts-24*7. Night Shifts are only for Male Candidates.
- 6 days working profile.
