Job Description
End to end order management, including order creation, fulfilment from warehouse, logistics management and timely customer communication• Inventory management and demand forecasting as well updation of inventory on marketplaces• Coordinating with the warehouse team, including managing supplies of packaging materials, tracking utilisation of assets• Vendor management across the board including manufacturers, logistics, packaging etc• Recruiting, onboarding, training and managing junior operations resources• Creating dashboards and periodic reports for the management team• Creation of process maps as well regular optimisation of processes
Key attributes:• Strong analytical and number/metrics driven approach to decision making• Disciplined and checklist driven approach to task management and working with strict SLAs and deadlines• Ability to manage and motivate team members to complete targets• Experience in the soft furnishings/linen industry is a good to have• Preferably looking for engineers from a top tier college• Prior experience in fulfilment/operations is a positive• Candidate should possess the following soft attributes: • Confident and self-motivated • Ownership and output oriented mind-set • Action oriented and output driven
