Job Description
· Excellent Communication Skills is must.
· Manage the Contractor Administration Process in Netsuite like Purchase Order Creation, receipting, reconciliation of Purchase Order etc.
· Providing Invoicing support to the Project Management Team
· Should have skills in diagnosing/investigating system issues.
· Should be able to respond appropriately while liaising with other group in GS and functions within.
· Participate in the effort to build automated reporting and Business intelligence through automatic online tools
· Assisting in generating reports & Analysis
· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
· Maintain and use Quality Standards.
· Communicate and manage monthly calendar imposing deadlines for completion of monthly reporting

· Update and maintain the contents of the company website, Confluence and Share Point.
