- Proficient in REXX Exec Language on the Mainframe platform in support of Compuware’s ISPW tool
- Proficient in Compuware’s ISPW software management tool including file tailoring skeletons
- Possesses .Net language coding skills to assist in building websites
- Possesses C# language coding skills
- Strong understanding of the Compuware Topaz workbench tooling
- Strong understanding of IBM’s System Management Facilities (SMF)
- Knowledge of CA’s CA7 product and Z/OS Job Control Language
- Excellent time management
