Operations Executive

We are looking for a committed and process-oriented Operations Executive to manage all back end operations and client information management activities of our healthcare platform.

The Operations Executive will be coordinate with the Business development team, clients like clinics and hospitals to ensure processes, paperwork and operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole.

How You'll Make an Impact & What You'll Do:

· Handle doctor/clinic/hospital listing on various platforms which are managed by the organizations

· Handle appointment management changes which include processing of appointments, timely intimation to all partners, etc.

· Keep track of the appointment schedule slots and availability as communicated by various clients on the portals on a daily basis

· Work and maintain healthcare provider signup paperwork management including all mandatory information by coordinating and phone calls with BD team and the healthcare organizations

· Ensure periodic reports are communicated with all clients and customers

· Managing day to day client /customer enquiries on the phone, WhatsApp and email.

· What You'll Need:

· 1 year proven experience as an operations executive in a process BPO or healthcare, hospital, and health startup

· Outstanding knowledge of MS Excel

· Excellent process orientation

· Aptitude in problem-solving

· Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

· Bachelors Degree

· Languages – English, Kannada and Hindi

Desirable:

• Worked/working: In start-up or medical tech product organization

• You are known to for your relationships and ability to convince others.

• Based in Bangalore
