Job Description
1. Required (Must Have) skills:
ü Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal).
ü Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
ü Good comprehension skills- Ability to clearly understand and state the customer’s issues.
ü Quick decision maker and fast learner.
ü Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with leaders.
ü Organized and a team player.
ü Result Oriented & able to deliver within timelines.
ü Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
ü Ability to use a desktop computer system.
ü Must have, basic computer knowledge (Basic excel and Ms-word) With a Typing speed of 25 to 30 wpm.
2. Desired (Good to have) skills:
ü Demonstrates the ability to successfully navigate the system/website.
ü Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment.
3. Qualification:
ü Graduates (B.A, B.com, any stream).
ü Under Graduates, minimum 12th Pass, 1st year / 2nd year Drop out (BBA, BCA, B.E, BSC, Diploma etc.
ü NOTE: Candidates currently pursuing studies, Distance/Regular education, appearing for govt. Exams will not be considered
4. Salary:
13k to 15k CTC maximum.
5. Experience:
ü BPO experience only - 0 - 1 year only (not more than that).

ü Emails Primarily / Calls
7. Roles and responsibilities:
ü Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards work.
ü Responding promptly to customer queries.
ü Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating whenever required.
ü Communicating with the customer through various channels (Emails & Calls).
ü Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
ü Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
ü Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
ü Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
ü Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
ü Take the extra mile to engage customers.
ü Should be flexible to work in Blended process.
ü Should be comfortable with the cross-training of every Line of Business and internal process movements (as and when required basis business requirement)
ü Collaboration with different parties for resolution on customers disputes/queries.
ü Comfortable & Flexible with shift timing (09:00 am, 10:00 am or 11:00 am)
ü Expected to work on weekends, holidays and events
ü An employee has to know and be comfortable with both Hindi and English
