Job Description

Responsible for building the Payment Option portfolio. This includes signing banks for Net Banking / Direct Debit services, acquiring (processing of Debit & Credit Cards) services, EMI, wallet, to enable merchants with maximum payment options for their customers.
Developing Banks as a strategic channel for generating business for Prepay Payment Gateway.
Work with most of the banks in India to be their preferred partners for Prepay Payment gateway opportunities.
Working closely with the sales team to help them in the execution of bank sourced leads in a smooth and timely fashion.
Must have 1+ year of experience in Payment Gateways or Bank in similar space.
Responsible for pay-in & pay-out shortage and to follow up with branches/channel partners rectification for securities which are wrongly transferred.
Responsible for updating the shortage details in the system & check intra settlement status
Responsible for timely resolution of queries of channel partners/clients on mails, ECRM, telephone calls
Prepare Summary reports on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis for reviews & meetings
Update and maintain the database on regular basis.
Good knowledge on Excel and reporting
Timely updating and sharing of reports
Mail management well versed with gmail, outlook express & other mailing.
Should be able to prioritize and work independently.
Work closely with employees and provide reports in timely basis.
Well versed knowledge in Advanced MS Excel.
