Job Description
- Oversee Revenue Management & Distribution strategy of the hotel and manage the day to day yield operations.
- Daily Pick-up analysis, Strategy adjustments & Reporting.
- Visit the hotel to get first-hand knowledge of all revenue management issues & key areas.
- Implement Revenue Management operations, procedures & best practices
- identify new revenue opportunities
- Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting
- Act as overall business development consultant for the Hotel manager/owner
- Challenge & Influence hotel to improve service level & operations standards
- Build & maintain strong working relationships with level of staff at the client hotel.
- Travel Monthly to each Hotel
- Embed a revenue Management Culture
- Onboarding New Hotels
- Complete Onboarding Process
- Collaborate With Team to Complete the tasks
- Payments Followups
