Job Description
- Maintaining and managing the records both in Hard and Soft formats
- Student Attendance management - Ensure entry of leave in software etc
- Supporting students in website access and resolve their issues in coordination with IT team.
- Maintaining and managing the library - software updation of issue, return, coding, missing and lost books/magazines.
- Assisting faculties with student issues like leaves, extra lectures, grievances and other queries.
- Encouraging Cost Savings.
- Maintaining cordial relations with vendor for better prices and services.
- Monitoring the work and discipline of housekeeping staff.
