- Taking care of their arrival and gestures
- Making their food and travel arrangements (If need based)
- Acquisition of speakers and Sending them invite
- Making their Travel & Accommodation arrangements
- Taking their time slots & sending them communication accordingly
- Welcoming the speakers and making feel good at the venue
- Making their food arrangements and making them comfortable in the green room
