Job Description
- Operations Executives handle the flow of communication between Travstore and its partner travel agents.
- This is an exciting opportunity which gives global exposure to candidates in the travel domain.
- Travel agents will request for quotes, rates and information from Travstore's Operations Executives and the Ops Exes will understand the exact requirement and provide information and quotations accordingly.
- Interacting with Travstore's Travel Agent Network spread in over 20 countries across the world
- Understanding Travel Agents requirements for a holiday package and providing accurate quotations accordingly
- Providing destination information and counselling the travel agents
- Learn to use our B2B online ecommerce system and create quotations and make reservations
- Engage with Hotels in Thailand and other asian countries to make reservations
- Prepare Itinerary and other travel documents
- Manage Customer Helpline and feedback
