About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
2. Manage the tie workflow to schedule
3. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
4. Work on diagnosing errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
5. Work on producing timely and detailed service reports
6. Mange the document processes
7. Work on following all company's filed procedures and protocols
8. Work on cooperating with the technical team and share information across the organization
9. Work on comprehending customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
10. Work on building positive relationships with customers
