Operations Front Desk Administration
Job Description
1. Welcome customers and guests in a warm and friendly manner
2. Ascertain their purchasing needs and handle sales
3. Assist customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
4. Know all essential aspects of our business operations
5. Collect payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; and makes change for cash customers
6. Verify credit acceptance by reviewing and recording customer information and operating credit card authorization systems
7. Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shift
8. Monitor lobby and work area to determine customer flow
9. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
10. Facilitate correspondence with customers

FITCAMP, is a luxury group fitness boutique soon to be launched at Annanagar, Chennai. We are looking for a friendly, easy-going, perceptive, and disciplined female front desk receptionist/admin who will be the customer face of the company. She should have a flair for fitness & health in general.
