Job Description
Candidate day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end-to-end responsibility for managing operations in their respective city.
2. Ensure physical verification of the property and handle the advertising of the property online.
3. Coordinate visit with prospective tenants, conduct a property inspection and ensure complete handover while tenants move in or move out.
Note:- The Internship does not includes SALES
Stipend : Students will be paid for the number of days.
1. For travelling more than 40 kms- They’ll be paid 3 days stipend.
2. For travelling less than/equal to 40 kms- They’ll be paid 2 days stipend Stipend= Rs 225/- per day plus incentives.Incentives = 15% of the fee collected from tenant; minimum incentive of Rs 1000 for every property rented out.
No other allowances will be provided during the Internship tenure
