About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work as a business development associate
2. Ensure a smooth onboarding of the clients
3. Build a service plan for client institutions by learning about their requirements as well as expectations
4. Lead the operations team towards successful value delivery for institutions
5. Build operations infrastructure and ensure regular mapping of tasks using various tools and plan their integration with AlmaShines' alumni platform
6. Interact with the decision-makers of client institutions seeking their feedback
7. Monitor the user/consumer engagement on the platform and building strategies to grow the same
