About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with customers across channels - WhatsApp/email/call and respond to queries promptly across channels
2. Coordinate with the operations team for all changes/returns communicated by the customer
3. Provide daily reports on queries and changes to the team
4. Follow up with customers and operations team whether customer changes were implemented or not
5. Follow communication guidelines strictly
6. Understand company policies and detailed understanding of product and brand
