About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand various tools and processes followed in the company to ensure an efficient administration
2. Manage all the administration related works
3. Look after day to day office activities and record attendance
4. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
5. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned
6. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
7. Answer queries by employees and clients
8. Answer phones and route calls to the correct person or take messages
9. Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
10. Help prepare for meetings and accurately record minutes from meetings
